Invest in your relationship with yourself

The human person is a mystery waiting to be known.

Through our work, you will become deeply acquainted with who you are and what you need. You will learn to meet those needs more radically on your own as well as feeling comfortable to vulnerably reach out to others for support.

You will experience more of a secure attachment with yourself and with others.

I use research-based techniques in working with trauma, emotions, and addictions.

Improve your relationships with others

Be your best self, both alone and with others.

Do you find it difficult to spend time alone… or perhaps you enjoy too much time alone? Does being alone equate to being lonely? Or do you find it easier to be alone because relationships are too difficult, too much, or you feel insecure in them?

Are you told that you’re too needy? Or that you’re emotionally distant? Do you find it difficult to trust others? Do you hold yourself above others… or do you hold others far above yourself?

Our tendencies to “overly” need others or to want to escape from others, reveal a story from what we’ve experienced in childhood.

The very relationships you are attracted to reveal a deeper story into your childhood.

In order to be in healthier relationships with others, we first have to go deeper into the relationships you grew up in, within your story, to make sense of the narrative that has been hard wired in your attachments.

Find change that actually lasts through experiencing evidence-based treatments such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems. My goal is to work myself out of a job with you. What are your goals?

What have you got to lose?
